What type of Wellness Challenges can you help me to overcome?
Once we identify your present challenges, we will work together to address them from a holistic perspective. Some of the most common imbalances I work with are disturbances with sleep, digestive health, immune system, joint and bone health, metabolic health, energy & vitality, detoxification pathways, stress resilience, brain fog, food sensitivities, skin integrity, support for specific organ systems, mood disturbances, and more.
Do you advocate a specific diet?
You wouldn’t put a lion on a vegan diet, because all lions have specific nutrient requirements that are specific to lions. Similarly, human beings have specific nutrient requirements in order to function optimally. However, we all have specific needs that will dictate our dietary choices. Some are sensitive to the sugars and proteins that are present in dairy or grain. Some people have allergies to specific foods. We will work together to shape a range of satisfying foods that support your current state of wellness. As we move forward, we will adapt your diet to fit your circumstances. But as a general rule, I advocate the dietary guidelines laid out in the Holy Scriptures. From there, we may adapt your diet to help bring your being into a more balanced state of wellness.
Do I have to become a vegetarian to become healthy?
There has never been a culture or group of people in the history of the world that has thrived physically or mentally with a diet of only plants. The human organism functions in a constant cycle of cleansing and building. Animal foods provide the fat soluble vitamins & other nutrients we need to build, repair, and nourish our structure. Plant foods provide the nutrients we need to cleanse the system from metabolic wastes and environmental toxins. Learn to understand when to use the right kinds of foods to support your vessel for the daily challenges it faces.

What if I need to postpone my appointment?
Receive a full refund if you call 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Receive a 50% refund if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment. All cancelations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will not be refunded.
